The Paulshof Residents & Ratepayers Association (PRRA) invites you to attend the AGM on Tuesday, 24 March 2020, at 18:30 for 19:00 at Nova Pioneer Paulshof, Stonehaven Rd, Paulshof Central
Your membership must be paid up to be able to vote, or to serve on the committee. Membership renewal or signups can be done on the night, from 18:30
The agenda, proxy form and nomination form will be available on our website at www.paulshof.org/current within the next few days, with the financials and committee reports being available soon

Chilli Lane Peninsula Bicycle Park
PRRA supports and encourages the community to contribute to the temporary bicycle park amenity on provincial road reserve, until K60 is built.
The Achter Road land is city land where we also propose bicycling, walking, running and horseriding trails.
These two pieces of land are a natural part of the Braamfontein and Sand Spruit trails.
Cyclists, Walkers, Dog Owners, Runners and children have used these areas for outdoor recreation historically.
Pollution, crime and vagrancy are now forcing residents to avoid the areas.
The community will to continue using the areas despite these development and lack of services.
The K60 was proclaimed in 1976.
Budget is being set aside to develop the K60 road from Chilli Lane to Clay Oven.
The section of road reserve next to Chilli Lane is the proposed area for the Bicycle Park development.
This area will be fenced off.
We, the undersigned, would like to utilize this land for a positive experience until the K60 is ready to be built.

2020 PRRA Membership Card (Loyalty and Beneficiary)
The aim of the Paulshof Residents and Ratepayers Association (PRRA) is to improve the lives and well-being of the residents of Paulshof, the Garden Village of the North.
Our main objectives are to:
- Promote and safeguard the interest of all householders and residents in Paulshof
- Determine, by free discussion and deliberation, the views of the majority of the residents of Paulshof
- Promote and safeguard the integrity of the environment in Paulshof
Our secondary objectives are to:
- Cooperate with similar non-political associations of residents in other suburbs of Sandton and in other cities in Gauteng
- Cooperate, consult and collaborate with Paulshof’s ward councillor on the Johannesburg Metro Town Council, to ensure that the voice of public opinion is heard and given due consideration in the management of the City of Johannesburg
Any resident or ratepayer, or someone conducting business in Paulshof, is entitled to become a member of the PRRA. Separate rates apply to households and businesses. Paulshof Ext. 10 is also registered as a non-profit organisation.

PRRA MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
With your help by buying our PRRA membership card, since February this year the PRRA now have 3 gardeners working once a week around Paulshof. We hope you have noticed our river banks are cleaner, the K60 more open, the wooden bridges on the greenbelt repaired and many other initiatives being done in Paulshof. This is all thanks to your annual membership contribution.
With the rains coming, the cutting and maintenance around Paulshof becomes more regular and the costs to maintain the suburb increases. For as little as R350 a year per household, your contribution not only helps to keep Paulshof “The Garden Village of the North” but R200 of the R350 goes directly to your area to be spent on items unanimously agreed upon in your area.
Another bonus is once you have bought your 1st membership card for R350 then you are entitled to buy a second card for only R150 and this also goes towards your area.
What extra benefit do you get? You will continue to receive good discounts from loyalty shops around the area.
